As for the quality, it is excellent, low in fat, good color, and flavor, when cooking the chicken its flavor is very good so I recommend it to prepare wonderful recipes in the kitchen; I prepared a carbonara pasta with a grilled chicken breast, it was spectacular.

I chose to sauté the chicken with some Caesar dressing to make a lovely Caesar salad. The chicken was so fresh and had an abundance of favor. The new chicken in bags let's them hide the -woody chicken -spaghetti looking and feeling chicken meat -the half destroyed chicken -and other nasties. The top blue label prevents you from seeing from above, and when you turn it over they have pads that are supposed to absorb the moisture obscuring the bottom of the package from view. The chicken is very wet and slimy from the brine solution as well. It was our favorite place to get chicken from when they sold it in the yellow trays. We will never buy chicken from a blind bag again. DO NOT BUY THE BAGGED CHICKEN

I used them to make a Cuban-style shredded chicken (pollo ripiado), and they turned out juicy and flavorful without getting dry. They come clean, are a good size, and absorb seasoning really well. My family has been buying these chicken breasts for years - always great quality and price. Now that Sam's has switched to awful new packaging, we are no longer buying. How can you buy meat when you cannot see what you are getting? Chicken rolled up in a ball and sealed? No thank you. BRING BACK THE TRAY.
