[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product packaging is highly convenient, as the contents are individually portioned—making it very easy to use and store; simply retrieve a single portion whenever you wish to eat after freezing. The meat itself is delicious—tender and juicy. I typically rinse it thoroughly and soak it in a mild saltwater solution for about half an hour before pan-searing it, or alternatively, shredding it to add to soups. It possesses just the right degree of tenderness; notably, you can marinate it with a few spices, an egg, and a little cornstarch, then cook it in an air fryer to create a delicious, diet-friendly meal. The chicken remains exceptionally tender and juicy, never becoming dry or tough.

I would buy chicken all the time from Sam's. I thought the bags I might like because of the convenience, but wow was I wrong. These breasts are not the same. They are a rubbery texture. I honestly don't even think it's real chicken. How the quality has changed drastically since they were in the trays I don't understand. Why mess with a good product and give us garbage? I will not purchase chicken from Sam's anymore.

HATE the new packaging I've purchased the packs 3 separate times w/each trip literally leaking everywhere. There also seems to be excessive liquid in each individual pack. The packing tape wrapped around them even further rips the packaging creating more leakage. When I buy a bulk package from Sam's, I am either cooking all the contents or breaking it down into smaller batches to freeze. Because of this, my next chicken breast purchase will be at Walmart or Publix.

As for the quality, it is excellent, low in fat, good color, and flavor, when cooking the chicken its flavor is very good so I recommend it to prepare wonderful recipes in the kitchen; I prepared a carbonara pasta with a grilled chicken breast, it was spectacular.

I used them to make a breaded chicken breast recipe, and it honestly turned out restaurant quality. The chicken looked fresh, cooked evenly, and stayed juicy inside with a crispy outside. Perfect for quick lunches or family dinnners during busy weeks

The new chicken in bags let's them hide the -woody chicken -spaghetti looking and feeling chicken meat -the half destroyed chicken -and other nasties. The top blue label prevents you from seeing from above, and when you turn it over they have pads that are supposed to absorb the moisture obscuring the bottom of the package from view. The chicken is very wet and slimy from the brine solution as well. It was our favorite place to get chicken from when they sold it in the yellow trays. We will never buy chicken from a blind bag again. DO NOT BUY THE BAGGED CHICKEN

really disappointed they changed the chicken packaging and the quality of the chicken has gone way down. i was buying all of my chicken from here to make dog food and for myself and will have to start buying it from elsewhere unless they go back to the old packaging and quality. it seems a lot of people agree!

They changed all their chicken products with this new package ! It makes the chicken taste funny and slimey. It has an absorber insert and makes the chicken slimey. And they raised the price per pound, you will find a better deal at Aldi or Publix when they have their BOGO deals.
