I love how easy it is to operate. I am replacing my previous microwave with this one because it is almost identical to my old one. I don't need the door lock feature so I disabled it. That was easy to do. You don't know how much you use your microwave until it breaks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave to replace one that is built in to a cabinet so needed the same dimensions. It works just fine, just seems cheaper than my old ge unit. The display is very dim and keypad seems thin and wavy. I’m just tired of the fact that almost everything I purchase lately seems to be of a lesser quality than the unit you’re replacing.

This is the 2nd (identical) GE countertop microwave that we've had. Loved the previous one that was purchased during the pandemic and used it multiple times every day. Size, power, and features were perfect for our needs. Wish it had lasted longer than 4 1/2 years, but that seems to be the norm for so many appliances today. Luckily, with a sale, we paid the same price as before, which is amazing given the price increases on almost everything nowadays! Highly recommend.

This is our second microwave. We had to have the same one again! It's been perfect for our needs.

Soo happy to find same model I’m replacing after nearly 15 years of daily use. Love interior size, wattage, reliability, & ease of use. Even though most places have built-in microwaves, I still prefer this.

This microwave oven works well -as long as it does. Our latest one, same model, suddenly stopped working after 14 months of service (!!??). The previous one lasted more than 5 years. Just got our third unit today.
