If i had to rate my cramps, it'd be an 11/10. Pretty severe. I take midol and use a cold pack on my stomach as I nap and the paid subsides dramatically. My life saver for PMS

Gives me the relief I need from my cramps. Would deff use again! 10/10 recommend!!! If you haven't tried this you should deff try it! I normally used to use Tylenol. It worked, but it didn't work as good as this product.
