[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the gel capsules and also the regular ones to see if there was much of a difference. I got the same results. My cramping went away but I started to get jittery since Im sensitive to medication that has caffeine in it. I would not recommend these if you do have sensitivity to caffeine. There is an alternative, you can take the Midol that is caffeine free .

Midol has always worked for me so as far as the quality of the medicine itself, this is great. The thing that would keep me from buying this again is that each dose is packaged in plastic. I can't justify using this. I think a better "on-the-go" idea would be to have a small reusable pouch made from cloth or something less harsh for the environment. That way you can fill the pouch yourself with however many doses you need for the day and refill it when you get home. As long as these are made from plastic, I'm going to be figuring out my own way to carry small doses with me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Iam more than happy, I usually suffer a lot from menstrual pain and bloating, I have tried several pills but they do not work at all if the pain disappears for a while and now or they put me to sleep But with MIDOL COMPLETE it was very different I felt calm without pain and even with energy, thank you very much for the opportunity to try them they have served me a lot and I see that the price is not very high I recommend them at all

Ive purposely ordered individuals pouches like this in other medicines before because it makes it easy to grab a few when youre traveling or to give one to a friend in need. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally don’t take any medicine to alleviate my severe period symptoms, however, I decided to give this a shot after seeing that it helps with bloating. Once I took it, I forgot about it, but at one point, I suddenly realized that I didn’t have the urgency to lay down in bed from my bloating. So to my surprise, this actually relieved my bloating. Will probably purchase this in the future!
