It really did help take away my cramps and bloating. I have never purchased midol before. I will be purchasing Midol complete on the go again. Before and during my cycle I normally have TERRIBLE headaches- this knocked those right out the park. I could function like a normal person lol I even pawned a few off to friends so they could try. I love this little pouches because they are not so big and we can fit two or three in our purse.. Small but the same great formula that we rely on those days we are not 100%..

I took just one and my symptoms were gone pretty quickly. Will definently be keeping these around.

It has been super handy to have a little packet in my purse just in case someone needs it whether it is myself, a friend, or family member. I make sure to keep some stashed in all my bags and even in my car and desk at work. Doesn’t have to be for cramps, but even body aches if you overdo it at the gym.
