Although I like the new packaging, the thighs are poorly processed. I often find small chicken chunks, bones, and excess fat that I did. It fins in the old tray packaging.

The new packaging is nice if someone only wants to open and cook a few pieces and does not want to open the entire package. However, you can't see exactly what you get. The package I got had several small pieces that weren't even worth cooking up.

Do not like the new packaging. The thighs were poorly trimmed with bits of bone and cartilage. Multiple pieces were mangled. They are not suitable for grilling due to the many small fragments. Will not buy again.

go back to the trays.. really disappointing to see they switched to these packs.. I can't see how many pieces are in pouch,can't tell how big they are or if they are well trimmed.. total weights are too small.. i shop sams to buy bulk

Great product, great price

not only does the new packaging suck, but the quality has went way down. used to buy chicken thighs just about once a week from here. now they're full of bones and uneven cuts and they seem to spoil much quicker than before. Booo👎 Sam's! Bring back the old packaging/ quality! Unfortunately I can't justify buying chicken here anymore, which is a shame cuz that's where we got most of our savings from shopping here. Now I'm forced to have to make an extra trip every week to Ald*i's. ☹️

I feel like the chicken seems mostly like the same quality but I really dislike the new packaging It is very unappetizing and when the liquid starts to separate in the package it just looks gross. I would prefer you go back t your old packaging

I don’t know what happened to Sam’s Club chicken, but this stuff is garbage. We have found bones, lots of fat, and poorly butchered meat. We will no longer buy chicken thighs at Sam’s.

I used to love the chicken thigh packs from Sam’s. The quality and the amount of thighs per package was wonderful. Not so anymore. The four separate compartments per package are annoying. If I want to freeze smaller portions I can do that myself. For me, it defeats the purpose of buying a large amount of chicken thighs at once. The size and quality is so poor now too. There are literal pieces of thighs now and no consistency in the package whatsoever which makes cooking harder/impossible (some not cooled enough/some overcooked). Please Sam’s Club, go back to what you had. I am now going to look elsewhere for my chicken thighs and this was one of my regular purchases at Sam’s Club. Please do better!!
