Forced me to food prep at least. Normally I would freeze two or three of the packages. All four packages were consistent with 4/5 pieces. Easy to cut off some of the fat if needed

The package comes divided in two which is wonderful if no need to cook all the pieces at once. I decided to make a creamy Tuscan chicken dish with spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and Parmesan, and they completely exceeded my expectations. The chicken turned out incredibly tender and juicy, staying moist throughout cooking without drying out. The thighs had a richer flavor than I’m used to with chicken breasts, and they worked perfectly with the creamy sauce. A also really liked the texture, they were tender, flavorful, and held up well in the dish. Since I’m currently following a keto diet, I appreciate that chicken thighs naturally have a little more fat than chicken breasts, which helps keep them moist and makes them a great choice for satisfying meals like this. The quality of the chicken was excellent, and everything cooked evenly with no issues. This was my first time using Member’s Mark chicken thighs, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good they were. Ordered a package of these thighs for curbside pick up. It was my first time with the new packaging and it will be my last. Sams should be ashamed to even sell such a low grade product. As others stated too many were pieces and not whole thighs but also the amount of waste I had to trim off I lost money on this purchase. I hope they return to the trayed packaging otherwise I may be rethinking buying any more meats at Sam’s.
