Very disappointed with the quality of chicken. I do like the new packaging with less packaging waste. But the Sam’s is putting low quality meat in the packaging and you can see what you are buying. The chicken is very stringing and you can tell it is the lower quality meat you would not put in regular packaging.I will not be buying Sam’s chicken when you can really see what you are buying.

Sam’s (Tyson) chicken thighs were once great. These - new Sam’s Members Mark brand are the worst!!! They are pre-packaged and are nothing but thigh pieces, water, and other thigh stuff. You cannot tell what or how many you are purchasing. It’s just a big yuck for me. They are gross. I will buy my chicken thighs from the grocery store or meat market going forward.

Terrible quality. You hardly find a full size thigh that will not fall through the grill. Each package is a mangled mess of little pieces. Please bring the previous vendor back, trays are so much better, the pad actually contains liquids, and you can see what you are buying.

I don't like the new chicken or the new packaging. The chicken is shredded like it's been caught in a meat grinder or something. It just looks...wrecked. Also, each package had 3 thighs, which is fine except I have a big family, so I use half the package for one dinner. With the old packaging, the chicken was better shaped and I was able to use 4 thighs per dinner, and somehow still got four dinners out of the package instead of the two I get now. I won't be buying this chicken anymore unless I'm in a real pinch.

I'm guessing this is mechanically chopped AI chicken?? Well ship it to the data center and feed it to them. We will not be buying anymore of this "new and improved" shredded chicken! Thighs were pulverized and the wings....well they never stood a chance!

The new packaging is horrible. It leaks everywhere so you have to immediately take all the product out and repackage it. Let’s talk about the chicken thighs… They look like someone ripped the meat off the bone. Shredded and ragged. Tiny pieces thrown in for fun. Bits of bone still attached just to make life more challenging… We will be purchasing these elsewhere from now on.

We’ve purchased boneless chicken thighs from SC for years. The quality was always great. Since the new packaging, the quality now is very poor. Oddly shaped pieces, small chunks, etc. We’ve wasted over $40 on our last 2 purchases of this with the new packaging. Needless to say, we’ll no longer be buying chicken from SC.

I am surprised that Sam’s put the “Member’s Mark” brand on these. As many others have said, they are bits and pieces of meat. They are supposed to be skinless, and I had 3 full slabs of skin. Definitely subpar to former chicken thighs. Not sure if I will be purchasing these again.

I bought the chicken thighs frequently before they changed to these packages. I have bought them twice and I have been very disappointed both times. The thighs were cut up so badly, many of the small pieces simply fell thru the grill. And it had one large piece of skin in the package. Very poor quality control. I loved them before but I will not buy these again.

The new bags are fine. They don't have as many thighs so you have to buy more packages but whatever. The thighs themselves though? Good grief. Sam's has outsourced the butchering and they are TERRIBLE. They are absolutely mangled and can't be grilled as they will fall through the grates. The fact that they are OK with this is beyond comprehension. Seeing the other reviews only confirms this is a widespread issue. Very unfortunate.
