We've had the Duo for a couple of months or so. I believe it's our 6th one over the last many years. I thought I'd miss the "smart" features of our last machine with its programmability, but don't at all. Coffee comes out hotter and stronger than previous units and appears the pump may be more robust as it seems to pump stronger and faster. We primarily use the single serve side, but it's nice to have the multi cup option which we use a couple times a week or so. We bought a permanent filter for the carafe side and the jury is still out on that, I rate the performance 5 star, but the value down based on the requirement to purchase additional coffee with an auto order to get the better price.

I bought the duo keurig last month. Machine replaced an older model. Seems to work as it should. Im disappointed the machine went on sale a week after i ordered but Keurig doesnt offer price protection. Most retailers have a 30 day pollicy and will refund the price difference.

This Duo-K is truly fantastic and super easy to use. You do need to read instructions, but it is very simple to understand. The instructions are very detailed as there’s so many different instructions for different options, but it is easy to follow. Love that you can switch to a single serve or multi-cups. The coffee pot is glass but can serve up to 12 cups as the KCup side is from 6-12oz drinks. Another amazing feature of this coffee machine is that you can brew over ice so you can make iced coffee. Essentially this is three coffee machines and one with the different options available. It is an amazing coffee machine. We will definitely get a lot of use of it. At my work I had brought a Keurig when I started and we had a coffee pot, too. I got this and was so excited to move down to just one appliance. It works great. I love that the reservoir is big. The brew over ice setting is great. I really love that it has the Xhot and Strong buttons because I always do extra hot and strong when brewing my coffee. I highly recommend this Keurig duo.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this K-Duo Keurig Coffee Maker! On one side, you can make a hot pot of coffee. On the other side you can make a single serve! That is so convenient! You have multiple settings for how much you would like to make for each side. A removable 72oz water reservoir, which is amazing! You can set it to auto brew, or if you'd like it extra hot and strong! This coffee maker has so many amazing options to brew your coffee. You can also do an iced coffee option to brew over ice! There is a light that allows you to know when to add water as well as when you need to descale. How amazing?! Absolutely worth the money!

When we remodeled our house, we specifically build a coffee/tea counter but it has been used to hold junk. We finally took out the junks and replaced them with this keurig. Second, I love the multiple brewing options. My husband and I have different tolerance for coffee so I like to option of choosing how light or strong we wanted our coffee to be. I also like the option to serve over ice. Third, I love the variety of products. I can brew a coffee in the morning, tea in the afternoon, and mocha latte later in the day if I’m feeling tired. Lastly, I love how quickly it takes to brew a cup of coffee or tea. It seriously takes less than a minute which is pretty awesome and useful for a full time working mama like myself.

This is my first time ever owning a Keurig and wow am I so happy I bought it. I’ve used all functions and I’m so glad with the outcome. I live in New England so ice coffee isn’t really a bother to me when it’s winter. I’m so happy I can make my own and how I want it without having to my house. I can also make refreshers as well. I can’t wait till summer comes.
