The interface is really easy to use, and the 60 oz. water reservoir means I don't have to refill it all the time. It can handle K-Cups for quick single servings and ground coffee for a full carafe, which is perfect for when I have guests over. It uses using both K-Cup® pods and ground coffee to brew a cup and or a pot of coffee. The large water reservoir is shared between single serve and carafe brewing, which means fewer water refills to save you time. The 12-cup glass carafe includes a heating plate perfect for keeping coffee hot. The added convenience of the Pause & Pour feature makes serving easy and quick. It has multiple brew sizes for the carafe as well, which is super convenient depending on how much coffee you need to make. I love that there is a Programmable Carafe Auto Brew option so I can set the night before and have a pot of coffee, hot and fresh as soon as I wake up. I love that it uses both ground coffee and K-cups. I love the single serve option for when in a hurry or when I don’t want to make a large pot of coffee, but still need to have a cup. The machine itself is compact and does not takeoff much counterspace. It is easy to clean the machine and also to remove the water reservoir and clean it. This brews so fast and I can pick the size of the coffee I need in the single brew. I also love that I can have the option to brew iced coffee and it is delicious! I am beyond happy with this coffee machine and it's very practical and easy to clean. I would recommend to anyone.

There are a lot of new features which include extra hot and strong! Also, the larger coffee pot is a great feature to make larger amounts of coffee. The larger water reservoir is awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am OBSESSED! I LOVE that it has extra features to make it stronger or extra hot. It brews so much faster than my old machine. It's design is nice, but not over the top. I also really like that I can make a pot if I have guests over, but am still able to make my singles every morning. The flavor of each coffee and tea I've used is delicious and I can taste the difference from my cheap machine. I have a pretty tight kitchen space, and it fits perfectly on my counter and under the cabinet. I would highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an impressive machine!! It can brew and entire pot and individual cups. The machine came with a box of Dunkin Donuts k-cups and a box of McDonalds McCafe iced coffee k-cups. My daughter was super excited for the iced coffee so that’s the first one we tried. It’s super easy and convenient. We used the McCafe k-cups and brewed the coffee right over ice! It tastes just as good as a cup from McDonalds! You can choose what size to brew also! There is a setting for 6,8,10 and 12 oz cups which is really convenient. Then we tried the carafe. I brewed a pot for my husband and myself. The coffee tasted fresh and was really hot. You can even choose brew strength. I love the fact that there is one reservoir for both sides of the machine. You can fill it up and use either one. The front of the machine is pretty much all digital. The buttons are all self explanatory and easy to use. Overall, I am so happy with this machine! I can have my iced coffees right here at home.

This is by far the best coffeemaker I have ever owned. Whether you want an iced coffee, a hot mug or a whole pot, this does it all. It is very user friendly and even lets you know when more water is needed. I don’t know that I could ever go back to using any other machine. The brew times are speedy and the drinks are delicious. I have nothing negative to say about this machine. It’s simply the best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This K-dou coffee make does a pretty good pot of coffee. That said, it also does a decent single cup. As long as you get a decent pod of coffee. It came with McDonald's pods, and I am not a fan. The Dunkin brand was included as well, and it's just meh. They also included a green flavored tea that lacks flavor. I've found for pods that the Kirkland brands are a great value and taste quite well. For the maker, it has an auto brew function that works only for the pot coffee. I'd like to have seen it function for pods as well on days that I don't need a full pot. Additionally, my previous maker would keep the carafe warm up to 4 hours (adjustable), I think this one only stays warm for a couple hours, and there's no way to change it. It does not include a filter for the drip coffee, but you can find the paper filters just about anywhere . The reusable screen filters are also fairly cheap and found in many places. The location of the water tank in the back is convenient if you have counter space that isn't covered by cabinets. I can't imagine it's easily filled if you have the machine under cabinets. I located mine at the corner of the counter, backed up to the bar so I could remove the lid and fill it from the side without obstructions. All in all, it's not 5 star quality, but it gets the job done and makes a decent coffee.
