Kcup side is perfect! Carafe side is very meh, filter is extremely small and barely holds enough grinds for 12 cups, and usually spills over and then there is coffee grinds at the bottom of the pot. Not my favorite so ima switching back to my ninja coffee maker

I love the k-Duo Hot & Iced Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker! I had a really old machine from another company, and I had no idea what I was missing. This machine is so fast! I have coffee in seconds. My husband loves the iced feature so he can have iced green tea. I love the strong and extra hot features, too. I haven’t used the carafe yet, but it will be nice to be able to serve coffee quickly and efficiently after family dinners instead of making it a cup at a time.

I have wanted one of these machines since the first time I saw one. I waited until my current coffee pot died to order. Every part of this machine is amazing. The ease of adding water, the carafe that pours without dripping, the ease of the controls… I am thrilled.

I buy coffee makers for my wife first thing I find out I had go buy the filter from a store! These machines use always come with the filter. Next issue was don’t think your going put your to go cup ( yeti) etc larger size ones I think they made for Keurig to sell cups . Don’t get me wrong it can take a fair size but not designed for those 8-12 hour hot cups that hold 3 pods ! The Kraft side works great! Buttons easy to use! I don’t drink coffee and I was able make her coffee first time without asking very simple. If the filter came with it like old days it would had for fire cotton extra star half but when you buy coffee maker you want it ready to go nit have buy parts!

I really had high hopes for this machine as my husband prefers to make a pot of coffee while I prefer to use the single serve pods. However, I prefer my coffee to be hot and this is where the machine falls short. Even though it has an extra hot button for the pod coffee, it doesn’t seem to make any difference. Even the heating tray for the coffee pot does not keep the coffee at a desirable temperature. I also miss the “shot” feature I had on my last Keurig machine. I’m underwhelmed.

I bought one for myself and i love it. Then i bought 3 more for my friends and gave them a Christmas gift early, so they can make Christmas Coffee. They all loved them like I knew they would. My one friend said "I never have to use my Tea Kettle again".

I love my gen 2 Duo. Having the option to go single serve or brew a whole pot is excellent. Also having the ability to brew over ice makes this machine the best one for me. All that's needed to complete this ensemble is frother. Don't forget to grab your re-usable filters for the pot and k-cup (if you desire).

Loving it so far. Our 2nd Keurig with carafe and kpod. Used every day! Have not tried iced coffee as it's wintry now. A welcome improvement: easier to handle water reservoir, thank you! Improvement suggestion for next time: reservoir on the side so don't have to pull out the Keurig all the time to refill.

only reason this got a 3 star was that no where did they show that you always have to make a full pot of coffee. for single people like myself it is a waste of alot of coffee. i like to make partial pots of coffee all the time. also there is no way to shut off the 2 hour auto shut off on the maker so if your like me and remove the entire pot of coffee and pour it into a separate carafe to keep warm for all day, there is an empty pot sitting on a warm burner? not what i was looking for in the long run. anyway otherwise its a keurig. plain and simple. not the best of both worlds like i wanted.

Very pleased with this coffee maker. I single brew first in the morning and start the pot for my thermos. I also love the iced coffee option. The extra space in the water tank, works very well for my mornings. The coffee pods, have been a wonderful addition to my regular morning brew.
