Love this Keurig duo. It is fast and makes a single hot cup of perfectly brewed coffee quickly for those mornings when I need coffee to go. The carafe option allows me to enjoy multiple cups at home for myself or to share. Easy to use right out of the box with multiple size options and as I said the coffee is hot even after adding cream.

Overall a good product. But has the following issues. Coffee could be hotter. The single cup "My K Cup" 3 piece system for grinds is a little annoying. If the lid isn't screwed on perfectly, you get coffee grinds pouring out and go into your cup. Wish you made a 1 piece system with a simple flip top.

Replaced our first generation K-Duo with this latest and greatest and we are very happy we did. Everything works great and the unit itself is much lighter, less bulkier and has nicer appearance than the previous one. We drink a lot of coffee in our home so this unit will be getting a workout and we will be using all the new features.

This brewer is getting 2 stars instead of 1 because it does make a good k-cup. The carafe does not make good coffee at all. It’s honestly the worse carafe I’ve ever had and I’ve used a lot of brewers over the years. Keurig makes convenient coffee, not good coffee I’ve learned. In addition, you have zero control of coffee temp or bold flavor like you do with the k-cup side. I’m returning this product and going with the Ninja which makes far superior coffee.

Well, the main reason I bought this was because due to health reasons my wife needs to drink Decaf. My Ninja coffee maker made delicious coffee but Decaf does nothing for me so I needed a coffee maker that would easily make both. Ninja does have coffee makes that do pods and a carafe but it’s like one or the other and you have to switch components to brew each one. Keurig has a line of coffee makers that do both but reviews on them have not been the best until this Duo gen 2 came out. It has all the features I want especially the more advanced multi stream pod coffee maker. It makes a hotter or stronger cup of coffee if you prefer. The carafe side works well but I have some suggestions for Gen 3. It makes good tasting coffee but not great. I believe my Ninja Coffee maker made better tasting coffee. Probably the temperature of the water and blooming effect that made great tasting coffee. It also takes about 10 minutes to brew 8 cups and even after the hot plate light goes on it still makes gurgling sounds for a few more minutes. Have yet to make a full pot, probably take about 15 minutes. Maybe a beep after it’s done would be nice. The carafe pours very nicely but a bit awkward to rinse out. The large water reservoir is also a big plus. If you’re a regular coffee drinker that wants a pod and carafe coffee maker this should work fine for you. Are there better coffee makers, of course! But for the convenience of a duo coffee maker this works fine.

Had an old version of this coffee maker that we loved. It would allow us to my strong coffee in the pot of k-cup. This is the second on that I purchased of this version but neither would allow you to make a strong pot or cup of coffee. Maybe returning this for my money and purchasing some other brand. Other than that it is a good coffee maker.

Coffee pot works great k cup side works as described. Only flaw is trying to turn the warming plate off you have to press and hold the pot button for three seconds and in some cases the brewer tries to rebrew and then you’re stuck with a refill water flashing light

This coffee maker made the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted. Tasted like plastic. After spending to much time on the phone with support and running vinegar water through it as instructed the coffee still tasted awful and like plastic. Returned for a refund.

Very pleased with this coffee maker. I single brew first in the morning and start the pot for my thermos. I also love the iced coffee option. The extra space in the water tank, works very well for my mornings. The coffee pods, have been a wonderful addition to my regular morning brew.

I’m a longtime purchaser of various Keurig models, but I wanted to get rid of my separate carafe coffeemaker. The K-Duo Gen 2 has everything I need in a simpler format for a quick, individualized cup or a carafe. It’s very easy for each user to quickly select the brew size, strength and temperature for a cup or to make a pot. Every single cup brew cycle is very fast, and the extra hot setting is much improved over my K Elite model and very hot. The design is attractive, and the unit is compact and barely larger than my prior K Elite.
