Very simple to take, easy to swallow, but you do have to take it daily. It comes in three small bottles with 14 capsules in each. It says it can take up to 1 to 4 days for full effect. I felt mine on the 3rd day. No bad side effects, no aftertaste, etc. Haven't experienced any acid problems or had trouble sleeping since I began taking this. Can definitely recommend.

I was able to take a capsule and about 20 minutes or so later felt a lot better. I wasn't 100 percent, but definitely better and able to go on with my day as normal. I only needed to use it once on the days that my stomach did disagree with me. The capsules are easy to swallow, and do not taste bitter or anything either.

I've been taking it daily for about 20 years now and it works most of the time. But some days I need something else so I don't feel like I'll start breathing fire or actually get sick from how bad the heartburn gets.
