They come in a good size bottle and they are easy to swallow and seem to help relieve the acid pretty quickly. I know if I'm having acid reflux, its my go too. The directions are easy to follow. Very simple to take, easy to swallow, but you do have to take it daily. It comes in three small bottles with 14 capsules in each. It says it can take up to 1 to 4 days for full effect.
