It effectively reduces stomach acids. After drinking a capsule daily for 14 days l have noticed a complete relief heartburns. This product works great and I would highly recommend it.

As far as effectiveness, it worked the same as the brand name. Taken on an empty stomach, I felt better within the first day, and definitely better after a few days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've recently had to switch my acid reducer to this because my insurance would not cover the brand name Nexium anymore. The Members Mark brand of esomeprazole in my opinion, worked much better than what I expected. I never had any side effects taking the brand name Nexium but, this one gives me headaches and took somewhat longer to become effective. Nonetheless, it does the job and it's way less expensive. I also like the 3 treatment box, the capsules are easy to swallow and have a delayed release. With that being said, I would most likely use this brand again.
