I can now again eat all my favorite and fried foods and beverages without having heartburn ever. since I started taking these capsules. I have already recommended it to several of my friends and family specially those with acidity and heartburn and many of them have already purchased and used it and definitely found the difference in their heartburn problems. Very simple to take, easy to swallow, but you do have to take it daily. It comes in three small bottles with 14 capsules in each. It says it can take up to 1 to 4 days for full effect. I felt mine on the 3rd day. No bad side effects, no aftertaste, etc. Haven't experienced any acid problems or had trouble sleeping since I began taking this. Can definitely recommend.
