We would like to indicate that this noise is often due to incorrect assembly, particularly after cleaning. Incorrectly reassembled shaving heads might result in rattling noises during use. To ensure proper assembly, remember that each cutter and guard forms a unique set. After cleaning, place the cutter into the guard with the blades facing downward. Make sure to return each cutter to its respective guard. Insert the shaving heads back into the shaving unit, and use the retaining rings to firmly lock them in place. The retaining frame should securely attach to the shaving unit without lifting off when properly locked. If your shaver has shaving heads that slot into the retaining frame before being locked into the unit, ensure the notches on the shaving heads align with the projections of the retaining frame.
