[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the technology and ease of use. Feels comfortable in my hands and quite convenient to use in the shower. My facial hair grows really fast and I prefer to be clean cut at all times. It does feel like a close cut by touch, but it looks like an evening shadow at all times and after 30 days of use my skin seems to still be irritated by the shave, but this could be to the texture of hair. It looks like I may be getting in grown hairs, but I'll give it more time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 7000 series is the highest quality shaver I’ve ever bought, and unlike other models, when I have other parts of my body there is no longer mild irritation and the shaving is literally faster. I’ve been super pleased with the use and it’s battery time is quite good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am coming from Braun 7, which I also liked. This is a different shaving experience. Philips is noticeably quitter and quicker. What I like most thus far is the cleaning pod. It’s much simpler and smaller comparing to Braun. My only dislike is trimming sideburns. Braun worked better for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Braun products, Panasonic, and even a cheap Norelco shaver. None of those comes close to the shave and comfort of the 7000 Norelco. This shaver - unlike the Panasonic and Braun - is VERY quiet. It shaves smooth and close, and does not ever burn my skin. 5-10 minutes and my face and head are clean shaven and smooth. Add a couple minutes and I can touch up my arms and shoulders too. Full disclosure: my shoulders DO get a closer and smoother shave with a blade razor. But not my face or head! The price was competitive with the other brands of same class. The unit cleans and charges easily. And it holds a charge for many shaves. I am recharging it every 4-5 days. I loved it so much, I bought one for my son, and one for my daughter's friend who shaves his head: they both LOVE theirs.

I've used Phillips shavers all my life and the new I bought is even better than my old Phillips shaver. I get a close shave and no irritation. Love that you can clean it under the faucet. But it you love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Philips Norelco shavers for decades, and this new one gives a more comfortable shave than my previous models. The flexible head make it easier to use. A plastic part on my previous shaver broke after about a year, and I hope this model lasts much longer. This one can be carefully cleaned in the same manner as previously models. with the included small brush. I enjoy sitting outside while cleaning my razor, weather permitting, so no rush, and I'm not interested in newer cleaning options. This model is longer but fits OK in my travel bag. I wish it came with a protective case.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know how the self sharpening works, but it is a nice feature!! I do wish that Norelco would angle the shaver head a little more downward. When i was using the 5000 series, the way it was angled is about where the 7000 series should be. Also, i would love for Norelco to make a pre-electric shave lotion/liquid "Roll-On" bottle. The "Roll-On" botte would allow you to put it directly on your face, gently...squeeze the bottle to make the contents hit your face then the light yet hard you squeeze, and "Roll" the bottle all over your face it would apply the lotion vs having to put the lotion in your hands and splash it to or on your face. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I stepped away from an electric razor several years ago.. I had morello most of my shaving life. Because it was quick and easy. But did not cut like a blade . Blades got better and came in batches of 3 or blades to shaver blade. I guess electrics had to keep up. The norelco I recently bought seems to be doing a fine job of shaving ! I will continue with this norelco unless the tide changes back to something new for this market . So far so good though

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This razor cuts very close and is very easy to use it if you don’t use a whisker prep you will get razor burn on your neck That seems the hardest place to shave on the neck and I have to go over it three or four times
