It seems more substantial and powerful even though the previous models cost more. This model doesn’t seem to be as cheaply made. I was ready to give up on Phillips after 40 years. Alternative sausage that’s fine whenever you need to do it OK why don’t you try some of the store whatever you wanna do I don’t

I don't like the app and I wish I had bought a lower model without it. Payed more than I should have for a feature I will not use.

Love the software to show you how to have better and teaches you to shave under 3 minutes. My average shave is under 2 minutes and totally clean. Comes with a Shaver cleaner thing and works great. I have had many Philips shavers and this one is the best of what I had.

I've used Phillips shavers all my life and the new I bought is even better than my old Phillips shaver. I get a close shave and no irritation. Love that you can clean it under the faucet. But it you love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shaver gives a good consistent shave. Gentle on skin, and I get a close shave. Comfortable to hold, and the USB connection makes it easy to charge, and it charges fast. The fact that it's waterproof makes it easy to clean. Glad I bought it.

Love the feedback with the app and the count down to how many shaves are left on each charge as well as how many cleanings are remaining before replacing the pod.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not shaved with a Norelco for 25 years, but I decided to try it out again. This shaver is quiet, comfortable and gives a close shave. At first I was skeptical because the speed of the unit itself is not as fast as a foil shaver, but after using it I realize that the rotary concept allows for much more cuts per second. It does take a little time for your beard to conform to the shaver, but it really does. I do not cut my self like I did with the foil razer. It is easy to use and the base recharges each day. I have not had to use the cleaning system much since I wash out the head after each shave. The only negative thing is that the whiskers under the nose are difficult to get, but I have altered my shaving a little to accommodate that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took me more than a month to start getting close shaves, mostly because I followed the instructions on the app. It kept telling me to make smaller circles until I was hardly moving the razor. I finally figured out that the app really wanted me to slow down. Also, I didn't read the manual closely about cleaning the shaving heads and wasn't careful to clean and replace them one at a time. Overall the shaver works but Philips built in a lot of challenges to make it work well.
