This shaver is extremely quiet, and it feels like it is massaging my face as it removes my whiskers. I have a thick coarse beard, so this is such a pleasant surprise. Fantastic product!

The only down side is that the heads are a bit farther from the edge, making it hard to get the hairs just under the nose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find this shaver excellent when it comes to how close it shaves, it doesn't hurt or irritate skin when it is used properly, and it handles thick areas easily. However it is nearly impossible for me to use this shaver only for the recommended 3 minutes of use. Sometimes I have to go to as much as 4:30 mins to make sure that I am completely shaved. I have ben using the shaver for over a month, and I know that it takes some time to get used to it, and I am confident that I will diminish my shaving time, therefore I still recommend it for most users.

The "learning" part comes to mind first in that category. Also, the handle is a bit thin, but I have large hands so for a guy with smaller hands it will likely not be an issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had recently purchased another brand of scalp electric razor and it lasted a little over a month and then stopped charging. I bought this as a replacement for that and wasn’t really sure how it would do full face and scalp. With the 3 pivoting heads it works great. Close shave and no razor burn. I do open the shaver and clean the heads using the brush, but also use the cleaner also. Easy to use as well. Takes 3 minutes to do full face and scalp.

My 7000 series Philips Norelco wet and dry electric shaver which I recently purchased has exceeded my expectations. I use it as a dry shaver and it does a great job.

It's louder than prior models I have owned , and doesn't shave as close without additional passes across each area. The new design does not allow to get the upper lip as close to the nose. Good marketing but not an improvement.

Dislike: the heads are set back, making it difficult to cut the hairs under the nose. Meh: charging stand. I just plug the cord directly into the razor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is clumsy to hold, on the average I usually end up with multiple ingrown hairs after shaving. It doesn't shave a close as my old floating head Norelco. I complained to Norelco and they replaced it with a 3000 floating head model which works perfectly for me. Thank you for solving my problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product is overall larger than need be. When using Wet tapered shape can easily slip out of your hand. Needs non-slip surfaces. Charging cord should be USB at both ends so any USB cord could be used.
