The taste of the activia has a mild strawberry flavor with strawberry pieces which is pleasant. It does not help with my GI issues and I would prefer to take a separate more potent probiotic. Also the amount of calories for the small size of the product is not desirable. There are other yogurts that I prefer and would not buy this in the future.

These are my favourite yoghurts! Not only do they taste great and help my stomach but they are really filling too! The portion size is great and they’re easy to grab in the morning and take to work for lunch. I love that they don’t have any nasty aftertaste like other pro biotic yoghurts.

These are pretty darn flood. My kids and husband also love them. They have a good shelf life, packaging is compact for room in the fridge. The taste is good. Not too sweet and doesn’t taste artificial. Sometimes I wish serving size was bigger. Love the hint of vanilla.

The only thing I noticed was that the texture isn’t has smooth as normal yogurt, it’s a little grainy. I assume from the probiotics. This did not bother me but I feel like if it did bother you, you could easily add some nuts or granola and it wouldn’t be noticeable at all. I liked it and would gladly eat it again.
