The amount in the container is perfect for an early morning pick me up!! I love the strawberry but if you haven’t yet you need to try their black cherry! It has actual cherry halves in it! I work in a group home setting and they all have activia every morning with their breakfast and let me just say they are sad when we run out because it’s their favorite part of breakfast 🍳

Activia really does live up to the hype for gut regularity! The strawberry flavor is one of the best in my opinion. It is sweet, pleasantly mild, with a smooth texture. Even though I tend to prefer thicker yogurts, Activia is still in heavy rotation in my house.

The nutrients is great & healthy I like how easy it is to separate them without any effortt. The fruit is soft and delicious. I highly recommend it so many great properties it has.

Suggest adding peach and blueberry flavors.

Great probiotic. I don’t like the vanilla flavor they put in place of the peach.
