I love including yogurt into my breakfast and of course this is just as good as any other Activia yogurt I have eaten before now. I've not actually tried this particular one, but I have to say it's one of my new favorites. The taste is great. The texture is very creamy and it has a great strawberry flavor, not an artificial flavor. It actually tastes like a real strawberry flavoring but most of all I love the fact that this has probiotics in it. I can never have too much to help my gut system LOL but these taste great doing it

There's lots of active in life probiotics which is good for best result. It does recommend in enjoying twice a day to help reduce minor digestive discomfort.
