We're really sorry to hear you had this experience with our Tide evo Original Scent Tiles. It must upsetting that you had to rewash your items as the evo tiles didn't dissolve. These are designed to dissolve and wash your items properly as long as you always throw the tile before the clothing goes in, there is enough water pressure for the Tide evo to circulate and dissolve properly, and making sure your load's size do not exceed what your washer is capable of.
