This original tide laundry detergent smells amazing! It is pretty practical to pack the detergent in a cloth square like that. I believe it would be a good value for someone that doesn't have to do much laundry every week. It leaves clothes clean and smelling so good.

I will say that if you have a small capacity washer only use one of the tiles—more than that would be too much. They smell great! I’m actually excited about these and will probably switch to them after my pods run out. I’d definitely be interested in a free and clear version as well!

Sometimes, these tiles leave a whitish reside on athletic clothing so be aware of that. I like how quick and easy they are to just throw in a tile and be good to go. My favorite is still the liquid original tide, followed by these tiles, and finally the pods.

For me it would just depend on how much this would cost versus regular laundry detergent. There doesn’t seem to be too much of a scent which I am happy with. Overall it’s a good product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Originally the scent from these square things is super potent you smell them straight thru the box. I figured it was going to be too overpowering but it's actually not. It has the perfect amount of scent without overtaking your clothing. The cleaning power is also great. I would definitely recommend this tile of laundry soap to others.

I bought this from an local retailer's online site. I can't get it anymore, which is a bummer. It's easy to use (kids!), enough scent to please my teens but not so much it gives me a headache, no plastic wrapper that left behind (ahem, pods), seems to clean and rinse well, and no mess! I hope it is available in my area soon!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Of course my washer broke as these got delivered, however sent one with my laundry to my MIL who was kind enough to test for us!! They smell amazing and work great! We were able to use one for our normal load! Depending on the cost we may switch to these! However I hope they come out with a “free and clear” version with no fragrance as repeated use of fragrant detergent irritates my skin!

I typically lean towards more "free and clear" versions of laundry detergent, so the extremely strong scent was a bit off-putting for me, but others may really enjoy it. Otherwise, an effective and eco-friendly option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first one I used left a large stain on a pair of shorts after 2 rinse cycles. One more run and it came out. The next 2 times I used it, and I use cold water, I dropped the tile in and let the water fill up a bit before adding clothes and I have not had a problem with the last 2 loads. The smell is a bit strong and I would rather my clothes not compete with my cologne,deodorant and body wash so I want to see the unscented version. Can’t comment on value or cost since nobody has it in store yet but as with all Tide products it works great at cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tiles feel like some kind of fabric but they do completely dissolve. The smell is a bit strong for me, but it does last well on fabrics. When you first open the box, there is a bit of laundry powder floating around. It’s only slightly messier than laundry pods in that regard. I think they work well but I don’t know if I’ll be switching to tiles over pods.
