This vacuum has outstanding suction. I never liked a ball but this one has good control. The wand is difficult to use because it is not flexable.

My 15 year old Dyson pet unit finally quit. This one is even better with more suction and better designed features. Sam's price was $35.00 below Amazon.

This thing is amazing and the attachments are the best. Our second Dyson and very pleased after 15 years we retired ours even tho it was still performing well and this thing has all the suction you could ask for.

This is second Dyson. First is 10 years old and just replaced the cord. Thought it was time for a new one after trying a shark that only lasted 6-9 months. It didn’t do well with pet hair and froze the roller up.

The first one I bought rattled and smelled like it was burning. The one I exchanged it for gets really hot but doesn't smell. Great suction and good maneuverability.

This vacuum works very well. You have to adjust the level on carpet bc it is hard to push if not because it sucks so hard. I have been very impressed!

The vacuum does not come with the clip and stair attachment. Call Dyson directly and they should send for free. The box and instructions show it but not in the box. I saw other reviews say the same thing.

This is the 2nd one I have purchased. The other one was 12 years ago. They are a powerful vacuum and gets up a lot of dirt and hair. The only draw back is that it does not go under beds or furniture.

I have been buying Dyson vacuums for a while now and this is my favorite! I have 3 dogs and it picks up everything! Very powerful and easy to get around.

Nice vacuum but the assembly directions need to be more clear. Attaching the head to the ball was not clear. There a tab that needs to be clicked down after clicking the head piece to the ball to keep it attached.
