Great vacuum. It is very heavy and can be difficult on thinner rugs but overall works great!

I really like it, lots of suction. Easy to use.

I was surprised to find out that the accessory clip that holds the crevice tool was not included with the vacuum and neither was the stair tool. They are both in the pictures online and in on the box itself. Called Dyson and found out I need to buy them if I want to get them sent to me. Disappointed!

I've used this vacuum twice now %26 love it. I used to have a Tri-Star vacuum that kicked butt on my carpets. Came a time when I couldn't repair it any longer so have been struggling with name brand vacuums that last 2 years at the most %26 weren't very good. This Dyson reminds me of my TriStars, powerful, picks up everything like I expect vacuums to. It is a bit heavier but managable. Well worth it Plus you can't beat the sales price now at Sams. So glad I purchased this.

I'm a Dyson girl so I can be a bit biased, however, this new Dyson is certainly not my previous 10 year old Dyson Animal, which I'm replacing only due to misuse by Hubby! This new machine compares only in its suction capabilities, which is amazing! This vacuum seems heavier and much harder to navigate. I don't like how the handle reclines compared to my old one and think revisiting the old method would be much better. This vacuum is very reasonably priced and my old vacuum is out of commission so I'm quite thankful for this one!
