When you have heavy unpredictable periods and don't want to stain your bed sheets overnight or when you get up in the morning. I like the fact that there is a little bow in the front to indicate the front side of it. I move around a lot and I barely heard it. It gave great protection and at no point did it have any odor. I will definitely be recommending these to my family.

I was recently on the road for work, and out in rural areas where rest stops were few and far between. This product held up exceptionally well. Zero odor. I cannot stress this point enough. Zero. Odor. I jad worn this for several hpirs while on the road, and at the end of the day, no odor. This, for me, is a major selling point. Fantastic.

I was immediately impressed by how comfortable they are — they are easy to pull on, they seem like they would fit any body, and they aren't too tight or too loose in any areas. Back in the day, adult underwear/diapers were similar to childrens diapers- uncomfortable and not breathable. With these Always Discreet underwear, adults can wear these fitted incontinence briefs discreetly and with dignity. They don't make any noise while walking or moving around, they are comfortable under clothing, and most importantly they are absorbent. These Always Discreet Plus underwear would be great for anyone experiencing incontinence issues or needing extra absorbency!

I have bladder issues and upon trying these I noticed the more full they get they do start to leak on the inside of the leg. They fit snug and didn't irritate my skin but did not hold urine well. As you can see in the photo they absorb quite a bit but are not 100% leakproof

They are easy on even sensitive skin and don't cut in or rub. They absorb quickly and lock away the wetness. They are a life saver, especially in situations where the bathroom is a long walk away.

I think I would have to go down a size because they fit a little too loose . Absorb well and quietly goes up and down easily. They are not bulky I couldn't see any bulkiness in my clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always discreet is a pretty good product. It is sized to correctly according to the xl/xxl. Had no leaking problems and worked well. Not too bulky so it's kind of discreet. Would recommend to anyone that uses incontinence underwear.
