[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sorry to say this felt like wearing a diaper. You can’t escape it. Material was soft enough but was bulky and wrinkled under my clothes. You’re not going to wear it out and not have it noticed by anybody paying attention. Did it hold through leaks? Yes, it works. But in my opinion, it’s not discreet and when holding, it feels and looks like a sagging diaper. Wear it at home alone or maybe with people you love and love you but out and about, no. To the positive, it is better than messing yourself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried Always discreet plus underwear. I selected size XL/XXL sizes 20-26. I normally wear size 16-18 and they fit very comfortable. The sides are stretchy and soft. I found the pad section to be a little bulky but they are maximum protection so maybe a lighter level would fix that. When I used the underwear I felt like it didn’t wic the moisture away quickly enough. I probably would not recommend these.

I wear large underwear normally, so I assumed to get the corresponding size. I was wrong. Follow the weight and pant size indicators where all three, waist, weight, and pant size are closest to your situation. For me I am a size 12, I weigh 170, and I have a size 31 inch waist. I thought because of my underwear size and weight to go to the large. Although they fit, they are gaping at the legs and bunch. Additionally, the photo on the box indicates that the waistband sits at the navel. It does not on me. These are definitely high waisted. I was hoping for a better fit and something more comfortable, but they are only passable. As for the design, the bow print shows you which is the front and the pink color is neutral. I use them at night to sleep because they are bigger than I expected. They do the job and are ok.

I have worn them overnight with complete comfort and confidence that they will not leak. These can be worn under clothing without being visible. My daughter found them to be very helpful postpartum. While they are not specifically marketed for extra protection, I found them useful when preparing for a colonoscopy, as I was worried about an accident during the journey to the clinic.

Unfortunately as you age and have kids, you can’t control when and how those leaks come but trust that these undies will protect you. Certainly discrete, does not show through your clothes at all. Very thin and comfortable to wear. It’s packaged just right. You can notice it from anywhere in the store. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend!
