I wouldn't wear these with tight jeans, but they weren't noticeable in regular jeans and pants. They were comfortable and didnt ride up. They were very effective.

However the sizing was a big issue which prevented me from wearing them for too long. I got the S/M size because the next size up would’ve been so big it’d look like I pooped my pants. These did not come high enough for me and my belly kept rolling them down which meant I was rearranging pretty much the entire time I wore them.

They are not bulky, fit smoothly under clothes, and mostly feel like regular underwear. These are very stretchy for a better fit. The liquid turns into gel to lock away wetness and odor. They are perfect for everyday wear with moderate bladder leaks.

Though the size is supposed to be perfect for my weight they seem it but too snug. Elastic waist and leg openings. These do make me feel hot when wearing them so I don’t think I could use them on hot summer days and feel hotter than normal trying to sleep in them. They do work but I have to consider the heat factor when wearing them. I definitely recommend them if you need this product they do work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always Discreet, Always Discreet Plus -XL/XXL, although they are comfortable, somewhat, I really can't see wearing them for up to 12 hours as the padding tends to bunch up. I don't know how much they will really hold nor if the liquid turns the padding to a gel. They are "lightly scented" but I'd prefer no scent as you can smell them after wearing even a little while. Also, some of the stitching around the legs leave an inch or more material kind of flapping. After trying this product several times, I can honestly say, it does a job but I have used better fitting and unscented products I prefer over these.

I found these to be a lot less bulky than some other similar products, but didn’t seem to lose any absorption. I did notice some side leakage when sleeping, but not a lot. I would purchase these again.
