[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a very gentle laxative that did not produce any upset stomach abdominal cramps or guess. I did to choose because I felt a little bit backed up and it did take about two hours to kind of work. So I would still be worried with any laxative to maybe stay homefor the next couple of hours or be able to stay home until they actually work. You can take between two and four in adult however I decided to air on the side of caution and do the lowest amount indicated. They worked well without all of the annoying side effects most have. I was worried they would upset my stomach and I am so glad they did not. So these are great to have in hand for those times you just need some help.

So far they have worked as expected for the product and you get 15 of these in the package which I think is a good amount of value for the money. The taste is good.

The only thing that I didn't like… after taking 3 of them it still took over 8 hours for them to work. Experienced some pretty painful abd cramping a few hours before it started working.

Sometimes, when I have too much protein, I tend to get constipated and these chews definitely take care of that. I had 2 chews) directions say 2-4, but 2 work great). As far as taste goes- I wasn't too crazy about it. They're berry flavored, but they have a bit of a chalky taste and texture. They are okay when it comes to flavor. I love that they're individually wrapped and convenient on the go. All in all- two thumbs up

The laxative usually works within about 6 to 8 hours if taking two it may work quicker if you take more than two at a time. No nasty aftertaste however, I did get stomach cramps right before the laxative started working. That was unpleasant. Also, when taking this laxative, make sure to drink a full glass of water.

I've actually used these or a variation of these occasionally for a few years now. Sometimes it takes a bit for digestive issues to be rectified, but typically I find relief within an hour or two. I also drink a lot of water and I do feel this helps. No cramping, no nausea.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Eh not a huge fan of these. I've tried many products and these just are not it for me. The flavor is ok. But the texture of them leaves a gritty feeling after chewing one. They do “work” though! But the texture is just a no for me!
