I do like the natural ingredients used and I appreciate the range of dosage, because I wouldn't be afraid to take more or give less, should a child need some help from these. I think they would work nicely, but it may take a bit more time for relief. However, I would feel more comfortable using these soft chews rather than a liquid or a pill that I'm not as familiar with as far as ingredients, dosage, and side effects. I can say they are easy to take, don't make me nervous, and don't taste so bad it's impossible to get a kid or an adult to take. I'll keep them on hand and I have already recommended to a friend.

I've actually used these or a variation of these occasionally for a few years now. Sometimes it takes a bit for digestive issues to be rectified, but typically I find relief within an hour or two. I also drink a lot of water and I do feel this helps. No cramping, no nausea.
