I have a more sensitive stomach than she does, so I required less chews than her, but it worked as intended for both of us. The mixed berry flavor wasn't bad, although I think I'd still prefer just to swallow a pill because it's easier for me. Admittedly though, pills aren't for everyone, so I think these chews are pretty great overall. The resealable packaging is excellent! No complaints here.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm all honesty, I'm not the one in my household who uses these, but my wife reports they are “not gross, for sure” but they're sometimes “too gentle” and you might need a “second round”. Which, in my opinion, is better than accidental over effectiveness! My kiddos like them too - which is good because getting their insides up to speed can be a challenge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are pretty good! They have a nice berry taste and the texture is chewy and not chalky. I do think I would just take a pill if needed instead of eating 4 of these, but these are a good alternative option.

Not gentle at all. My 18 year old took 3 chewables (dose is 2-4) and in 5 hrs had horrible diarreah-- at least 7 times. In the span of a few hrs. Looked like he had the stomach bug. Had terrible cramping and a low fever too. Was just in misery. I regret having given them to him for constipation and would NEVER use these again. Just absolutely terrible-- couldn't eat for 24 hrs. Lethargic and sick looking while on it.

First of all, it works. I know the flavored might not be the best but, it's not bad for soft chew. The bag has resealed top which is nice. I think it's ok for kids and adults to take. Overall, it's ok for easy to take and work great. It take time to work. If you can wait, its good.
