[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These chewables are individually wrapped, the only negative I would give this product is they can be hard to open sometimes. I thought they were going to taste worse, but I found they tasted good , especially for a medicine and didn't taste chalky like I read in a few reviews. I took two the first time I used these. I was able to go about 2.5 hours later. I did drink with water as suggested. These worked wonderfully and I'm very glad I didn't take the maximum dose of 4 chews.

This product is naturally flavored with mixed berries, so yummie. It relieves in as little as 30 minutes. Its cramp-free formula works naturally with the water in your body to provide relief from constipation. I love the small package of this product, it contains 15 soft chews individually wrapped, so it's great to bring it during my travelling. Highly recommended.

First of all, it works. I know the flavored might not be the best but, it's not bad for soft chew. The bag has resealed top which is nice. I think it's ok for kids and adults to take. Overall, it's ok for easy to take and work great. It take time to work. If you can wait, its good.
