I like this product but I do want to note that it's not a solution when you are really feeling effects of constipation. However I like that it's a natural based solution that can be taken on the go, almost like an antiacid like TUMS. I don't think it's a miracle solution especially for people with IBS-C but it does help with occasional irregularity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband sometimes has a difficult time using the restroom and this has really helped a lot. Stimulant free, so it doesn't make you feel jittery and works effectively and quickly. Taste good, and I would definitely buy again. Nice packaging.

It doesn't taste bad, but there is a little bit of an aftertaste. It doesn't taste great and you can also use these for ages four and up.

I took two and will say it did take a few hours but I have no problem going to the bathroom 🫣 they taste good so it makes it easy to take. Just don't take more than it says thinking it might not work because it definitely does.

I started off with one and that seem to do the trick just fine. I did get very gassy though which is to be expected, but I was pleased that it was able to work gently and effectively.

They don't taste that bad. I'm not a berry flavor fan, but these weren't too gross. The texture is that what you'd expect with a chewy piece of candy. As in a gum texture. Packaging was very easy to open and each soft chew is individually wrapped. Wife tells me to tell them thank you, we got these in at a time she really needed them.
