I still prefer the chew vs the pill any day. The packaging is very convenient, I love how each chew is wrapped individually. Great ingredients and value for your money. Overall 10/10!

I've taken the recommended daily dose as per the directions for the past 3 days. And, followed with a full 8ozs of water each time. Still nothing. These have red dye 40 in them so I won't be able to actually try them. My review is based strictly on the packaging itself. The bag is resealable and contains 15 chews. The recommended dose is 2-4 chews for an adult and the claim is that it'll help get things moving in thirty minutes. I have type 2 diabetes and have to watch my sugar and calorie intake and these don't have any kind of information on any of that. Wishing they would let us know the nutrition information on the package.
