Especially for our teen kids who don't always drink enough fluids, or have enough fiber in their diet. While the label says it works in 30 mins….my kids have witnessed movement within 10 minutes. The taste is not chalky and makes us like the decades old brand even more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't like these. The taste is weird and the texture of the chews is also gross. I don't feel like these did anything. I took 2 chews and it says to take between 2-4. I don't think I could take more than 2 though lol. Overall not good.

Although given that a bag has about 15 soft shoes per the directions each two is an added 8 ounce of liquid and for adults would typically be 2 to 4 shoes. Either all at once or individual if needed. Was hesitant at first given that many of these chews tend to taste chalk like but this was decent.

I would not recommend these for average adults. May be good for children. They taste fine and are easily found at a good price at big box stores.

These taste great (can be a little chalky) and you can take 2-4 chews with an 8 ounce glass of water. It works with the water so you don't get crampy but may take a little longer than 30 minutes to work. The package is resealable and the chews are individually wrapped.

The soft chews works naturally and doesn't irritate the stomach and you can feel relief within 30-45 mins. I was able to test this product after coming back from a vacation and I needed in my bowel movements especially when traveling.
