I did to choose because I felt a little bit backed up and it did take about two hours to kind of work. So I would still be worried with any laxative to maybe stay homefor the next couple of hours or be able to stay home until they actually work. You can take between two and four in adult however I decided to air on the side of caution and do the lowest amount indicated. They worked well without all of the annoying side effects most have. I was worried they would upset my stomach and I am so glad they did not. So these are great to have in hand for those times you just need some help.

I say start out with the least amount because who wants to have explosive diarrhea. It does work, just give it time and drink plenty of water. I'm so glad it doesn't make my stomach hurt.

They do have that artificial berry taste, it's not the best but it's doable. I do have to chew them for awhile before they start do dissolve. I wish they would dissolve faster. I would repurchase these because they actually work.
