The flavor isn't the best which is expected , but for the purpose of the chew it wasn't horrible either . I also liked the resemble bag feature . It worked gently after a couple of hours . It's been good for me postpartum as well to aid in that. The taste is chalky to me. It's not awful but it's definitely tolerable.

You just chew 2-4 chews at a time or can be taken in a couple separate doses. I prefer to take them at one time so then can begin to start working right away. They start working in as little as 30 minutes. Be sure to drink plenty of water with them and these will not disappoint.

Taste is fine and the product smells like berry as noted on packaging. You do get less than a bottle of pills so they are not the most affordable option. It stares they are approved for ages 4+ so my kids would likely prefer these over pills if they needed a product like this
