Gentle but it was effective for overnight results but dose says 1 chew 4 year old and up to 4 for an adult. Comes in a resealable bag and wrapped in a foil. Tastes fruity. Definitely keep out of reach of kids.

Also, the taste is not great it's a little chalky but passable. The packaging is great to take along when traveling and the value for money is worth it. I'd recommend it if you do need some relief.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product worked great! The packaging was nice, it worked effectively, and tasted good (relative to similar products I've used in the past). My only minor issue I ran into was that it took longer than I anticipated to kick-in, which wasn't until the next day when I was at work. So, I have to be pretty strict on the timing for when I take a dose. Otherwise, I think it's a great product and totally worth the price! Overall, it's a 9/10 in my book.

I gave it to my daughter who needed it for constipation I guess she needs to take it a couple of times in order to be effective because it hasn't worked yet.

I've actually used these or a variation of these occasionally for a few years now. Sometimes it takes a bit for digestive issues to be rectified, but typically I find relief within an hour or two. I also drink a lot of water and I do feel this helps. No cramping, no nausea.

Although I haven't had need to use these yet, the chew looks like it would be good and flavorful. These would work well for someone that has trouble swallowing pills.

The texture is pleasantly soft and easy to chew, which is a plus. I've noticed some improvement in my BMs. Overall, I recommend the chews for anyone looking for a way to clear their blockage
