These flex and move with you in what you do. They do not make noise when worn. They are almost undetectable under normal clothes. The are soft and the lining seems like it would be very absorbent.

I love the pretty pink color with the bow on the front of the panty. It is very thick in the crotch to help with protection. It's not bulky either. I recommend this product.

With a double elastic band at the legs, you have confidence in knowing you'll be secure. They have a slight scent that smells fruity to me. Pink in color with a small blue bow to distinguish the front from back. Bow in front. A bit bulky in the crotch, but I think that's how you get the liquid amount soaked up. The liquid turns to a gel. They were a bit tight in that area. The size of the underwear was perfect except around my upper thighs. Always were not very discreet. The underwear was a bit bulky under my pants. I could definitely tell my behind looked padded. I was afraid the urine would come out but it was absorbed by the underwear. The picture on the box is a bit misleading. Because the underwear look a bit frumpy in person, specially when wearing them.

The packaging is big. I shifted to wearing Always discreet pads and I loved it. I highly recommend Always discreet for maximum protection and absorption.

You dont have to wear anything else with them but wearing a pair of underwear over them if your self conscious wont add bulk to them. I like that it turns liquid into gel so it absorbs really nicely. Whether you wear them because you need extra protection when sick or you need them for an every day protection they are great.
