I love the way it fits tight so you know that there won't be any leakage during the night or during the day whichever one that you are needing it for it is a great fit other than the way that it is shown in the picture versus the way, it actually is now it is kind of true to size other than it looks more like a panty type in the picture, but it does come up to underneath the breast, depending your size and height, of course, but this is more ideal for an older person that likes for the full coverage panties

I think I would have to go down a size because they fit a little too loose . Absorb well and quietly goes up and down easily. They are not bulky I couldn't see any bulkiness in my clothes.

I first wore overnight and did find some separation of the padding, but there were no concerns of leakage risk. At this point, I wear as a precaution and found Always Discreet Plus to give me confidence they would not fail.

There was no odor or leakage. I actually like the scent it smells good. The waistband is actually stretchy and breathable giving you that comfortable feeling. These are very helpful for my mom since she’s up in age.
