They are also thin enough that they are not bulky under the clothes. They aren't easy to travel with unless you have a big purse, though.

I have to say it seems like this would be a good choice for someone who needs help at night. The underwear came in a variety of sizes and the fabric stretch so it could accommodate a bigger waistline if needed once on it felt like you were growing underwear and the fabric stayed dry once it was wet.

And did collect and soak on the leakage very well. I just used over night and was dry when awakening the next morning with no skin irritation. The pull up itself is perfect, like wearing a pair of underwear with the pad area thick enough to catch any dribbles.
