[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mistakingly ordered the wrong size, but since always is the pinnacle of quality in feminine products, I'm able to wear to bed to avoid any incontinence issues overnight. The briefs are like a pad built into underwear. However, I did not like the resemblance to an adult diaper. Further design is recommended. It's not enough to be pink and have a ribbon printed on the front. I personally would not repurchase due to the bulky “adult baby” feeling. But, I can see their usefulness for women with incontinence and/ heavy menstrual periods.

They did not fall off during the night. They absorbed really well. I don't have much leakage so I don't know how it would rate as far as for a heavy leak leakage but for moderate it held up very well

No one could tell I was wearing the undergarment. I didn't wear it for many uses so I don't know if it will stick to the body or if it has an odor with long usage.

The underwear comes in a pretty pink with a purple bow print on the front which I thought was a nice touch. They slip on like a pair of underwear and have a nice fit. If you're near the top end of weight or size, maybe worth sizing up. I'm right in the middle, and they're a perfect fit. I felt secure and fully protected wearing them. They do have a very light scent I noticed out of the box. Great for period day and days where getting to the bathroom might be more of a challenge, like road trips or concert nights. A great option that's discrete and offers protective comfort.
