I tried the IceHot product and quite liked it. The cold and hot sensations are pretty cool, and I see myself using the product often. I wasn't in pain while using it, so I can say it effectively numbs the pain.

The roll on lidocaine worked great for my knee pain after running. It was super convenient to throw in my bag and not have to get my hands messy with a cream.

I like that this is not measy to apply. It also does not have an unpleasant scent. I have an achy back and this seems to be helping. I can feel the numbing happening and my muscles starting to relax. I really like this product!!

This product comes with an easy roll on ball so it's easy to apply! I was excited to have lidocaine in it because I've been dealing with a lot of pain and have tried lidocaine patches as well. It rolls on very smooth and easily 

Icy Hot Lidocaine is not bad! It has a nice heating pad numbing effect after about 10 minutes! If you are able to lie down and rest I think this product would work well but not strong enough if you need something to numb to keep working!
