Protein content is excellent. Taste isn't bad, not as good as the premier protein. I wish they had a choice of only vanilla - I don't care much for the chocolate . Strawberry flavor was ok

The Member's Mark 30 G high protein shakes taste great and we're very filling with no aftertaste. They're very convenient in the little bottles. I would definitely buy them. They came in chocolate, vanilla and strawberry. Strawberry was my favorite.

All three flavors are really good. Taste wise I prefer strawberry. Didn't have a lot of aftertaste, but if your use to drinking protien shakes it wont bother you. Had a long lasting full feeling
