I love the 30g of protein packed into only 160 calories. I tried the chocolate, strawberry and vanilla shakes. They all had good flavor, were creamy and smooth. Not too thick how some protein shakes can be. Very easy to grab for a quick breakfast or snack.

My favorite way to use it is mixed into my morning coffee like a creamer. It tastes good and is an easy way to remember to drink it, especially on days when I am feeling busy or lazy. I am not thrilled that it contains artificial flavoring and sweetener, but the protein and added vitamins outweigh that concern for me. I also love that it has no carrageenan because that would be a deal breaker. It is convenient, filling, and only has 1 gram of sugar and 160 calories.

There are things I like and dislike about this product. Of the three products sent to me, I most liked the vanilla flavor. It reminded me of the vanilla pudding packs from my childhood. The strawberry was very mild in flavor and was milky white so I assume the flavor is not natural. For the chocolate, that was the worst, but still palatable. It tasted like watered down chocolate milk with an essence of cardboard, which I found odd because all three flavors are in cardboard containers but only the chocolate tastes like it. All-in-all it is a decent protein shake. The macros are great with 30 g of protein, 1 g of sugar, and only 160 calories!

I was able to try the vanilla,strawberry and chocolate flavor. Vanilla and chocolate were my favorites, flavors tasted good without being overly sweet, texture is smooth and creamy and no aftertaste! 30gs of protein good for post workout use or when you don’t have time to cook, it’s a low calorie and only 1g of sugar. It’s a great nutritional pick me up on the go!

Member's Mark 30g High Protein Shakes, Variety Pack didn't disappoint. I honestly thought the Marker's Mark shakes would be thick and chalky like other brands but they weren't. I so pleasantly surprised by the light texture and hint of flavor in each container. No strong lingering taste or strange aftertaste while drinking. The vanilla flavor was my favorite with the chocolate and strawberry a close second. The containers twist off caps were easy to open and made pouring my desired amount simple. I was pleasantly surprised by these shakes. The consistency was lightweight, which I prefer over some of the thicker ones I’ve had in the past. The strawberry flavor was my favorite - the vanilla was my least favorite but made for a good substitute for coffee creamer. I would absolutely purchase these again.
