These are great protein shakes. They are not super thick or chunky which I've found in some other brands. The taste on all 3 flavors is great and there's no weird aftertaste. I usually have 1 for breakfast and I am satisfied until lunch time. I like the vanilla mixed with my morning espresso. They are not overly sweet, very well balanced. I appreciate getting 30g of protein while only having 160 calories. They are also great following a workout.

Member's Mark High Protein nutritional shake variety pack is a very good, lower cost alternative to other name brand products. With chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry in the package, you can choose a different flavor every day. Ease of portability with each carton being ready to drink, 160 calories, and refrigeration not required (although suggested for best flavor). These shakes do fall into a low sugar and/ or low carb diet. With 30 grams of protein it makes a great supplement. My personal favorite was the chocolate. Reminded me of "cups of pudding" . The strawberry comes in second with a taste and aroma of a childhood "pink, vampire" cereal.

The members mark 30 g high protein shakes taste really good . I am on a weight loss journey and need to get quite a bit of protein in a day . These help me get the protein I need daily and stay on track . I love the vanilla for my coffee in the morning and the strawberry and chocolate I enjoy as a snack . Definitely recommend this brand !

These are good, equal to the task, protein drinks. I like the three varieties of flavors and the 30 grams of protein per serving. The packaging didn't leak. No issues with digestion. To my pallate, the artificial sweetener has a lingering after taste. But they perform as designed.

This is a meal replacement for me when I am on the go and dont have time for breakfast.. I love this Member's Mark Chocolate Protein shake. I have diabetes, and this does not make my sugar spike. The Vanilla is good, and the Strawberry is ok. I am not a Stawberry fan. The Strawberry 🍓 has an after taste however the Choclate does Not have an after taste. It is so good, I went and bought a case this weekend of just the Chocolate. Tgank you for such a great product.

These were great as a morning meal replacement. I enjoyed the chocolate and vanilla the most, and even used them as a milk replacement for my coffee. I tried to use the strawberry flavor to make a dirty soda but it didn’t turn out too great - I think that was me and not the shake. I brought them to work but I could see these being great on a morning walk because they are so convenient.

These are great protein shakes. They have a wonderful taste with no after taste that some protein shakes have. Great flavor options and a good cost. Would highly recommend the only reason that they have four stars instead of five is because sometimes there is some thickness in the bottom, even after shaking.
