These shakes had more of a watery consistency than what I expected a protein shake would. The taste was not great but acceptable for a healthy drink. I also didn't see an increase in stamina.

The flavor is good. It's not overly sweet but sweet enough. The consistency is smooth unlike others that are grainy. Great amount of protein. Really great protein drink.
