I've always bought pure vanilla extract, but have recently been making ice cream that calls for vanilla been paste so I bought this one when I saw it. It is so good, I will use it in all my recipes. Better taste than extract.

This vanilla tastes great. Vanilla paste is so nice for baking and gives it more of a vanilla flavor. There are lots of recipes online if you look. Nice to know its ratio to extract is 1:1.
