I honestly think this is a good option for flavoring sweets. It has a strong scent and taste. I would suggest just checking the bottle before purchasing it because the one I received already had the seal broken when I opened it. I don't think it was used but just as a safety precaution. Aside from that the actual bottle when opened smelled strong - bold flavors! So just be aware if you have a sensitive nose. But it's a decent size bottle for the amount you pay so pretty good ! I'd say overall get it!

The smell is AMAZING. Vanilla extract is kind of bleh smelling. This stuff makes you want to drink it (but DON'T!!) ! I cannot wait to add it to some vanilla ice cream when I make a shake. I would not have thought to put it in coffee but it shows you can. So excited to try !!

I used this in a Vanilla Cake and it was absolutely delicious. I also enjoy drizzling this on my oatmeal and Greek Yogurt.

Overall it is a great product and I'm excited to use it in my home bakery. One thing to be aware of - The bean flecks are a little bigger than I expected them to be - coffee ground size. They mostly disappear into whatever you're mixing it into, but a bigger fleck occasionally comes to the surface. With white frostings, it can almost look like there's something in it.

Love this vanilla for coffee, baking, yogurt. Great flavor.
