Maybe the best vanilla extract I have ever used. I don't use it very often probably once a week or three times a month but I really like how it smells and taste. It doesn't have a very strong taste, but it's really is nice. Also, the bottle helps you to arrange the requested amount of it easily. Looking at the ingredients, I can tell it is good quality product.

I finally made the switch from liquid extract to this vanilla bean paste, and I'm never going back. The flavor is incredibly deep and rich, and I love seeing those beautiful little vanilla bean specks in my frosting and custards. Aside from that the actual bottle when opened smelled strong - bold flavors! So just be aware if you have a sensitive nose. But it's a decent size bottle for the amount you pay so pretty good ! I'd say overall get it!

Overall it is a great product and I'm excited to use it in my home bakery. One thing to be aware of - The bean flecks are a little bigger than I expected them to be - coffee ground size. They mostly disappear into whatever you're mixing it into, but a bigger fleck occasionally comes to the surface. With white frostings, it can almost look like there's something in it.

Smells great however it does not provide that taste I was expecting - I understand reasonable pricing but you get what you pay for - if you are utilizing for everyday baking added flavor okay but if you are trying to elevate buttercreams, ice cream, cake flavors I would not recommend this vanilla bean paste - I would recommend Rodelle or Vanilla Bean Kings - a little more pricey but I promise worth the money - I hope Sams will carry these brands in the near future

I love using this Rising Star Baking Supply vanilla paste in my coffee. It is slightly less flavorful than some other brands of vanilla paste I have tried. However, for a more reasonable price, this product provides a decent amount of vanilla flavor that really enriches my lattes. I would recommend it if you're looking for an affordable choice.
